Terms of Use

HorizonDojo (“the Site”) is an independent community fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Microsoft Corporation, Turn 10 Studios, or Playground Games. Forza and Forza Horizon are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

By posting content (assets, comments, profile information), you grant HorizonDojo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Site. You retain ownership of your content.

You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Includes personal information of others without their consent
• Is spam, phishing, or otherwise deceptive
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

In-game share codes, tunes, liveries, and EventLab creations are created using tools provided by and subject to the terms of Forza Horizon and Microsoft. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions comply with those terms. HorizonDojo does not access, transmit, or store in-game account data.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users who violate these terms at our sole discretion. Reports submitted in bad faith may result in your own account being actioned.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of share codes, or continued availability of any feature.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HorizonDojo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
